Welcome to HotICN 2021
2021 4th International Conference on Hot Information-Centric Networking (HotICN 2021) will be held in Purple Mountain Laboratories, Nanjing, China on November 25-27, 2021.
The HotICN aims to gather experts and scholars from home and abroad in this field to discuss the architecture, key technologies, innovative ideas, future development trends and industry prospects of information centric networks and its related fields such as blockchain, knowledge graph, etc. The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all the topics of HotICN 2021. Accepted and presented papers of HotICN 2021 will be published in international conference proceedings.
This is the fourth HotICN; the third was held in Chinese Calligraphy Building, Hefei, Anhui, China on December 12-14, 2020; the second was held in Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications on December 13-15, 2019 and the first one was held in Shenzhen on August 17-19, 2018, hosted by the Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School.

Publising Requirement
Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated on the basis of originality, importance of contribution, soundness, evaluation, quality of presentation and appropriate comparison to related work.
Accepted and presented papers of HotICN 2021 will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE, which will be included into IEEE Xplore Digital Library and submitted for EI Compendex and Scopus index.

Purple Mountain Laboratories is a key scientific research platform for serving the national major science and technology strategy built by Jiangsu Province and Nanjing city. It mainly focuses on a number of “lifeline” technologies, such as network operating system, millimeter wave chip and endogenous security, to carry out scientific research tasks and transform scientific and technological achievements. Recently, the laboratory Council has formed a new structure, the reform plan has established a new mechanism, and new achievements have been made in scientific research, and various work has been reported frequently.
